Brian Andrade, Founder
Founder-led. People-centered. Built on faith.
Brian's connection to construction began in New England in 2008, where working in communities shaped by older homes gave him an early appreciation for existing structures, traditional building methods, and the care required to restore them responsibly. His experience continued through hands-on residential remodeling, real estate investment, and the rehabilitation of existing properties.
After establishing his work in South Florida, Brian founded Lozen Development to create the kind of building company he believed clients deserved—professional, accountable, people-centered, and grounded in faith. Today, he remains personally engaged in the company's projects while continuing to grow a team built around the same commitment to service and responsible execution.
Brian is a Florida-licensed Certified Building Contractor with experience spanning residential remodeling, major renovations, additions, historic structures, commercial interiors, and ground-up residential construction.
