"Working with Brian, Manny and Marlon has been an excellent and surprising experience. Excellence due to their work and surprising due to the fact they are unlike any other contractor we have ever used — do what they say; on-time, communicative, cost conscience and great people to get to know."

"Brian and his team's work ethic and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. Because this was a long-distance project, Brian communicated with us at least weekly by phone, video clips, and pictures. We would highly recommend Lozen Development."
