Whole-Home &
Major Renovations
Large-scale residential renovations that transform existing homes through thoughtful planning and disciplined execution.
What We Do
Transformation grounded in preparation.
A major renovation materially changes how the home functions, performs, or feels. It often affects multiple rooms or building systems and may include layout changes, structural work, kitchens and bathrooms, MEP coordination, windows and doors, envelope work, or extensive finish replacement.
Before work begins, we clarify the scope, review existing conditions, coordinate plans and consultants, develop the budget, identify selections and allowances, evaluate permitting, obtain trade input, and plan procurement and sequencing. The goal is to enter construction with the team aligned.
For clients living in the home during renovation, we plan around safety, dust, access, utilities, privacy, and daily routines. Depending on the scope, phasing or temporary relocation may be the more responsible option. We discuss the realities before work begins.

Common Questions
Questions clients ask before starting.
Will the price change after demolition?
Concealed conditions can affect cost. We work to reduce that risk through investigation and experienced trade input, then document and communicate verified impacts before additional work proceeds whenever reasonably possible.
How do you keep the project organized?
We establish the scope, communication rhythm, decision path, procurement plan, and project resources appropriate to the work — so you always know where things stand.
Can we renovate in phases?
Often, yes. We evaluate whether phasing is practical, cost-effective, and safe based on the home and intended scope.
